BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Contribute the company’s growth and its going forward via the acquisition of new customers according to RULOG (ex. HAVI) strategy and integrate & develop them via proper Key Account Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Focus is on looking for new customers
• Manage and develop opportunities for company at the market
• Monitor the trends in the market and its evolutions (customers & competition)
• Conduct and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience with company at all stages starting from marketing to Key Account Management including Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Collection, Business Case Preparation, Proposal, Contract Negotiation and Implementation.
• Support operation and all other departments to start up new business in the possible best way for company and the customer
• Support the cultural change of the company to move stronger and safer toward the big ocean of the open market with sustainable growth

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales and business development at competitive markets
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experiences in commercial areas (Business Development and Project management)
• Analytic thinking
• Operations knowledge
• Logistics and supply chain knowledge (preferably food industry)
• Very good commercial, communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and positive approach
• Team working attitude
• Strong Emotional Intelligence
• Russian – native, English upper-Intermediate level or higher

Main Location – Moscow (Novoorlovskaya street), based on the business needs – Moscow region (Kotelniki and Chekhov).
