Insights Executive

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As a part of the Research and Insights team you will:

• Lead quantitative and qualitative consumer research projects in all stages of the process: from an initial brief to a final presentation of results
• Manage research agencies to ensure high quality of execution of projects, including fieldwork execution, analysis, and report preparation
• Be a partner to internal clients (brand groups, trade, and product teams) helping them to shape their research agenda, advise on methodologies and generate insights
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, manage data requests and prepare analytical reports
• Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations to drive growth for the business

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Higher education (preferably Marketing / Sociology / Economics)
• 2+ years in Research / Insights within either the FMCG industry or/and Research Agency
• In-depth understanding of consumer research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative
• Ability to translate research results and data into actionable insights and opportunities
• Structured and organized working style with attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Flexibility, high level of resilience
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• English at least Upper-Intermediate
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint
