Brand Executive (New generation product)

BAT RUSSIA is looking for a Brand Executive.

Job Purpose: To provide input to into development, communication and implementation of brand strategies and guidelines, bearing full responsibility for one or more elements of the marketing mix and directly managing programmes thereby ensuring the successful execution of brand plans.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Participate in the development of brand strategies by gathering, compiling and analyzing the market information available and external sources.
• Bear full accountability for one or more elements of the marketing mix ensuring timely and quality engagement of internal and external partners / suppliers / decision-makers.
• Contribute into preparation of the annual brand plan, develops and proposes strategies and plans for own area of responsibility (a marketing mix element, a brand activity).
• Play an active role in new products development, existing products upgrade or adjustment, launch mix preparation and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Manage brand communication activities through regular contact with external service agencies and other departments within the Company.
• Monitor, analyze and prepare reports on competitive activities and overall market developments and trends.
• Lead or support marketing researches, monitors brand performance indicators, including financials
• Coordinate and leads marketing materials and activities development and execution (ATL and BTL materials and activities).
• Be responsible for Brand group budget consolidation, quarterly and annual reviews and forecasting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years experience in FMCG multinational company with a strong marketing and sales oriented exposure.
• University degree.
• Fluent English/ Knowledge of Russian.
• Experienced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal / Leadership skills. Proactive approach, ownership and drive are highly desired for this role.
