We are looking for Personal Assistant:

If you are an energetic highly organized person who is willing to learn and develop within the company, solve challenging tasks, you are welcome to apply for the role of PA.

You will be responsible for:

• Administrative support Management team day-to day activities;
• Travel support;
• Arranging meetings and conferences;
• Handling correspondence;
• Invoices and expense reports controlling;
• Preparing presentations;
• Organizing events.

You should have:

• Experience not less than 3 years as a Personal/Business assistant in an international company with the accountabilities of expats and his/her family support;
• Higher education;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a challenging work environment.

In March 2022 HEINEKEN announced its intention to exit Russia and in April 2023 an application to transfer ownership of the business was submitted for approval to the authorities in-line with local regulatory requirements.
