WHAT IS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM IN BAT ACCOUNTING?

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

If you are interested in Accounting function, you will get exposure across three of its sub-functions. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your functional knowledge, boost your management skills and strengthen leadership capabilities in the following areas:

General Accounting – working with fixed assets, export operations and currency control, accounting of POSM materials and corporate cards management.

Tax Compliance – specialize on primary accounting documents validation based on Russian legislation requirements and making tax decision, VAT-invoice validation and VAT refund, Travel & Expense claims check and posting.

Local Reporting - accounting and tax reporting in accordance with RAS, preparing documentation and declarations, communicating with tax authorities, external and internal audits support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (current year or 3 years after graduation max).
• Both Russian and English - fluent.
