Division: Pharmaceuticals

Major tasks:

• Prepares set of regular reports based on different data sources: internal sales data, IQVIA, RNC, Ipsos prescription data and etc;
• Collects and analyze internal and external information, competitive marketing and sales information by searching relevant databases, performing market researches. Based on that formulates and tests hypotheses, develops and communicates recommendations;
• Holds continuous communication with internal customers in order to identify their needs;
• Leads primary market research projects: start from brief preparation, selection of the most appropriate research agency, in-process control, checks quality and manages preparation of final report, study results presentation.

Important for us:

• High Education;
• 3 years’ work experience in market research for pharmaceutical companies: regular reporting, customers segmentation, macro and micro economy analysis, regional potential analysis, price related studies etc. ;
• Experience in consulting would be considered as an advantage;
• Analytical way of mind, ability to work with big amount of data;
• Advanced knowledge of Russian specific analytical databases, PC advanced user;
• Advanced communication and presentation skills;
• Good marketing knowledge;
• English - upper-intermediate level.
