You will be responsible for:

· Administrative support Management team day-to day activities;

· Travel support;

· Arranging meetings and conferences;

· Handling correspondence;

· Invoices and expense reports controlling;

· Preparing presentations;

· Organizing events.

You should have:

· Experience not less than 3 years as a Personal/Business assistant in an international company with the accountabilities of expats and his/her family support;

· Higher education;

· Fluent English;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Ability to work in a challenging work environment.
